Refunds, transfers and rescheduled events

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. That includes when you cannot attend, when you arrive after entry has closed, and when you are refused entry or asked to leave.

If you cannot make it, your ticket can be transferred to another guest on request. Write to us before the event with your order number and the name of the person taking your place. Contact: info.ppandc@gmail.com.

If we move an event to a new date or a new venue, your ticket is automatically valid for the new date and you do not need to do anything. If the new date does not work for you, contact us and we will work with you. For example, Toasted Brunch NYC was moved from September 27 to Sunday, October 18 because of a weather advisory, and every existing ticket moved with it.

If we cancel an event outright and do not reschedule it, the ticket price is refunded to the card you paid with.
